Brutal Exit for Graner

Level 11 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

On the very first hand of the day, Stephen Graner pushed his last chips in the middle for 3,500. Only Damien Le Goff made the call and the players tabled their cards.

Holding {3-Spades}{3-Hearts}, Graner was in bad shape facing {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} in Le Goff's hand. Then came the first revealed card of the flop — the {3-Diamonds} — giving Graner a set of threes. However, the {9-Clubs} and {4-Spades} fell right after, giving a better set and the edge back to Le Goff. The {6-Hearts} turn and {a-Spades} river didn't change anything, and Graner hit the rail.
