Testoni Spikes the River to Double Through Pannucci

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Zachary Hirst opened the action to 7,000 from late position and Juan Testoni called from the hijack. The small blind called and John Pannucci called from the big blind. They went four-handed to the {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop and it checked to Hirst who bet 10,000.

Testoni moved all in for his last 36,200 and it folded back to Pannucci who reshoved all in for about 195,000. Hirst quickly folded and the hands were shown.

Juan Testoni: {10-Spades}{7-Spades}
John Pannucci: {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}

The dealer burned and turned the {4-Spades} and Testoni would need one of three remaining sevens left in the deck on the river to survive. The {7-Diamonds} completed the board and and Testoni rocketed out of his chair in celebration as he spiked his three-outer to double up and stay alive.

Munos Doubles Through Edwards

Level 16 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Denis Munos and James Edwards saw a flop of {a-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} and Munos checked. Edwards bet 10,000 into a main pot of about 20,000 and Munos check-raised all in for 65,100.

Edwards quickly called, turning over {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts} for top pair and a jack-high flush draw, but he was dominated by the {a-Spades}{k-Hearts} of Munos. The turn {7-Spades} and river {3-Diamonds} sealed the deal for Munos who let out a fist pump as he doubled up.

Guerrero Doubles Through Hung

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Jimmy Guerrero
Jimmy Guerrero

There has been a continuous spate of bustouts in the last few hours, but not in this hand. Jimmy Guerrero shipped all in when it came unopened to him on the cutoff and Chen Yu Hung, who was sat on his left, made the call. The blinds moved aside and the pair turned their cards on their backs.

Chen Yu Hung: {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Jimmy Guerrero: {k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

Hung was ahead pre and remained so on the {4-Hearts}{4-Spades}{j-Clubs} flop. The {k-Clubs} turn changed all that though and Guerrero moved into the lead. It bricked on the {8-Clubs} river and Guerrero doubled through.

Huang Finds a Double

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

It folded to Zizheng Huang on the button and, with only 27,900 left, he moved all in. He was looked up by big stack Kfir Nahum and they turned their cards over.

Kfir Nahum: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Zizheng Huang: {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}

Nahum was the slight favorite so Huang needed to hit to stay in the game. The flop came {9-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} and paired the board for Huang. Nahum had also picked up a gutshot to go with his overcards.

The turn was the {8-Hearts}, keeping Huang in front. The {7-Hearts} river bricked for Nahum and Huang got a much-needed double.
