Bach Regains Chip Lead

Level 29 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante
David Bach
David Bach

David Bach opened from the small blind and received a call from Robert Campbell in the big blind. Campbell drew two and Bach three and Campbell led out with a bet after. Bach raised and Campbell made the call. Campbell then drew one and Bach stood pat behind him. After the draw, Campbell check-called a bet from Bach. Both players stood pat on the final draw and Campbell again check-called a bet from Bach on the end.

Bach tabled {7-}{6-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and took it down with a number two.

Two hands later, Bach again opened his small blind and Campbell three-bet. Bach called and each player drew one. Action went check-check and both players drew one again. Campbell then led out and Bach called, with Campbell standing pat and Bach trading one on the final draw. On the end, Campbell check-called a bet from Bach.

Bach turned over {8-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{3-} and it was good to take down the pot again and regain the chip lead.
