Hands #53-57: Six Players Remain Heading to the First Break

Level 25 : 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Hand #53: The action folded to Brandon Adams in the small blind who shoved all in but Dominik Nitsche folded his big blind.

Hand #54: Daniel Negreanu moved all in for 6,150,000 in the cutoff. Dominik Nitsche called off his stack of 3,850,000 in the small blind and the cards were tabled.

Daniel Negreanu: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Dominik Nitsche: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

"I have a flush draw and he doesn't," Negreanu shouted to his rail. The flop came {j-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and Negreanu was on a freeroll. The {9-Hearts} on the turn meant the two players would chop the pot as the {8-Hearts} quickly hit the river.

Hand #55: Negreanu pushed all in again from the hijack for 6,550,000 and picked up the blinds and ante.

Hand #56: Keith Tilston limped in from the small blind and Nick Schulman opted to see a flop. The flop came {8-Spades}{7-Clubs}{4-Spades} and Tilston check-called a bet of 800,000 from Schulman.

The turn brought the {3-Spades} and both players checked to the {10-Spades} on the river. Tilston announced a bet "four thousand," meaning to bet four million. The ruling was a min-bet of 400,000 and Schulman called. Schulman showed {10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and took down the pot with a pair of tens.

Hand #57: Igor Kurganov raised to 900,000 in the cutoff and Tilston called on the button. The flop fell {j-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {2-Hearts} on the turn and the {a-Spades} on the river. Kurganov checked for the third time and Tilston finally fired in a bet of 2,000,000. Kurganov folded and Tilston dragged in the pot.

The players are now heading on their first 15-minute break of the day.
