Big Slick Does Not Do the Trick for Goodman

Level 12 : 400/800, 80 ante

"Demerssa" raised to 1,600 from early position and Bobby "Katie1972" Poe called next to act. Shaun "goodycakes" Goodman then three-bet jammed for 9,590 from the hijack and action folded back to "Demerssa", who isolated with a four-bet. Poe got out of the way and the hands were turned up.

Shaun "goodycakes" Goodman: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
"Dmerssa": {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

It was a flip but Goodman needed to improve to stay alive. That didn't happen though as the board ran out an unhelpful {3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}.

Goodman Flushes Antimony on the River

Level 12 : 400/800, 80 ante

Anna "Dusty4" Antimony raised to 1,900 from middle position, David "Bewater" Goodman then called from the cutoff and the big blind came along as well.

The flop came the {10-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}. Goodman bet 2,250, Antimony called. The turn was the {k-Clubs}. Goodman bet 5,660, Antimony raised to 20,764 and Goodman called.

Goodman had the draw with the {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs} while Antimony had the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}.

The river ended things for Antimony as the {5-Clubs} came off to give Goodman the nut flush.

A Homerun Flop for "basebaldy"

Level 13 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Eric Baldwin
Eric Baldwin

Action folded to Eric "Circleball" Baldwin, also known as "basebaldy," in the hijack and he moved all in for 9,047,which prompted Patrick "WaddlesDaPig" Truong to three-bet all in over the top from the small blind.

Eric "Circleball" Baldwin: {10-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
Patrick "WaddlesDaPig" Truong: {k-Spades}{j-Spades}

Baldwin was behind but took the lead when the [10s1c0ah] flop delivered him trips. Truong had a gutshot Broadway straight draw but it didn't come in as the {2-Hearts} bricked the turn followed by the {7-Clubs} on the river.

Dais Eliminates Fellow Bracelet Winner

Level 13 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Donnell Dais got his bracelet already!
Donnell Dais got his bracelet already!

A couple weeks ago, Donnell "Spreezy52" Dais topped a 950-entry field to win Event #3: $500 NLH Turbo Deepstack for $90,801 and his first gold bracelet.

Originally from Atlanta, Dais has been grinding in Las Vegas, so when WSOP officials reached out about getting him his bracelet, he told them he was actually staying at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. As such, they met him at the sportsbook where they presented him with the actual bracelet, making him the first to actually receive his hardware.

According to The Hendon Mob, Dais has $58,230 in documented live tournament earnings including a career-best $19,477 for finishing ninth in the 2019 WSOP Circuit Harrah's New Orleans. However, Dais grinded a lot of the local Atlanta games where he established himself as one of the best, meaning he has lots of other undocumented tournament winnings to his credit.

Dais, who first learned to play poker during his two tours in Iraq back in the mid-to-late 2000s, was recently involved in a big hand against two-time bracelet winner Eric "Circleball" Baldwin.

A preflop raising war saw Baldwin get his stack of 19,794 all in against Dais.

Eric "Circleball" Baldwin: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
Donnell "Spreezy52" Dais: {k-Spades}{k-Hearts}

It was a cooler hand but would end in a bad beat as the board ran out {j-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades}{8-Hearts} to give Dais a flush. Baldwin was felted after his aces were cracked, but he opted to re-enter the tournament.
