Blinds: 3,000/6,000/750

Andrew "KittyXoXo" Gonder opened to 14,450 from early position and it folded to "pcorda" in the big blind who made the call.

The flop came {j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and both players checked their options to the {4-Diamonds} turn. "pcorda" elected to lead out for 18,000 and Gonder quickly called.

The {2-Spades} completed the board and "pcorda" sized to 36,000. Without much thought, Gonder moved all in for 60,544 and "pcorda" snap-called.

"pcorda" rolled over {6-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} for a flopped set but was one upped by Gonder who revealed {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for top set and the winning hand.

You Won't Believe How Doug Polk Lost This Pot After Flopping Jacks Full!

Doug Polk
Doug Polk

On Friday, The Lodge Live stream in Texas had an exciting show with co-owner Doug Polk and the newest World Poker Tour champion Corey Wade at the table. After the cameras stopped rolling, the Upswing Poker founder lost quite a memorable bad beat that he'd probably just like to forget.

During the five-hour stream, which you can view on The Lodge's YouTube channel, Polk lost $28,000. Wade, who won the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Main Event last week for $471,686, bought in for $100,000 and was the biggest winner, taking home a profit of $48,000.

Shortly after the stream concluded, Polk played a hang against a player named "Boston Jimmy" that was quite cruel. Well, not so much for Jimmy.
