Day 1d, the last starting flight of Event #3: $1,000 Mystery Millions bounty event at the 2023 World Series of Poker, is guaranteed to hold a ton of excitement. The field is expected to be the largest starting fight and ue to the huge demand, the 1 p.m $250 Deepstack and the 3 p.m. $240 satellite have been canceled. Day 1C saw the most entrants so far, 5,147, with 281 bagging their chips for Day 2.

With the all-important mystery bounties kicking in on Sunday's Day 2, players are hoping to build a big stack so they are in a position to acquire bounties in the latter days. Some players have even busted late in earlier flights in order to reenter and try to build a bigger stack for the restart. Two $1,000,000 bounties could be up for grabs, along with a guaranteed $1,000,000 for first place.

Some notable players have bagged for Day 2 such as Koray Aldemir, Martin Jacobson, and Maria Konnikova. Anyone wanting to make a charge at the overall chip lead needs to finish Day 1D with more than 2,750,000 chips, the impressive total Francis Anderson crammed into an overnight chip bag on Day 1A.

Cards will be in the air at 10 a.m. local time and players begin Day 1d with 40,000 chips. Blinds start at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. The levels for all opening flights are 30 minutes, with a 20-minute break at the conclusion of every four levels. Expected around 7 p.m. is a 75-minute dinner break, allowing players to relax for a while before the event resumes. The day consists of 22 levels of play and late registration closes after Level 12.

All survivors will return for Day 2 on June 4th. Players are limited to one reentry per flight, so determined players could fire their last two bullets today.
