Today marks the start of Event #69: No-Limit 2-7 Draw Lowball Championship at the 2023 World Series of Poker. The buy-in level and game variant always produces one of the most star-studded fields of the entire summer and the 2023 edition is expected to be no different.

The tournament will take place here at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas and is scheduled to begin play at 2 p.m. local time with players set to play ten 60-minute levels on Day 1. Late registration will be available until the start of Day 2 Friday.

Pedro Bromfman took the event down last year by beating out a field of 111 entries to take home his first WSOP gold bracelet and $294,616 and with this year's field sizes routinely eclipsing the sizes of previous years, we could easily see the eventual champion going home with well over what winners have taken home in years past.

With a player list that's guaranteed to read like a whose who of poker elites and high rollers, this is a tournament you simply do not want to miss so keep it locked on PokerNews for up-to-date coverage of this and all remaining events at the 2023 World Series of Poker!
