Two Hero Calls From Anderson Against Miller

Level 28 : Limits 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better

Calvin Anderson raised in the small blind and in the big blind Ryan Miller called.

The flop came out 649 and action checked through to the 10 turn where Anderson bet and Miller called.

On the J river, Anderson checked over to Miller who bet and Anderson called after some thought. Miller flashed 3x3x and Anderson turned over AK108 for just second pair and he took the pot down.

A few hands later Anderson raised in the small blind and Miller called once more.

The flop of A53 saw Anderson bet which Miller called to see the 7 turn where the same action repeated.

Anderson checked to 6 river where Miller bet and Anderson thought about it for some time before calling with A3KJ for just two pair. It was no good against Miller's 10942 for a flopped wheel and Miller took the pot.

August Catches Ace From Space to Double

Level 28 : Limits 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Leonard August
Leonard August

Limit Hold'em

Leonard August raised from the small blind and Calvin Anderson defended the big blind.

August checked over to Anderson on the 7QK flop and Anderson bet.

August put in the check-raise, then called off his remaining chips after Anderson responded with a four-bet.

Leonard August: A9
Calvin Anderson: K3

August would need an ace or running straight cards to survive and wouldn't have to wait long as the dealer peeled off the A on the turn.

The 10 on the river would seal it for August and give him the full double.
