Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Vivian Saliba got her stack in the middle preflop against Jason DeWitt who had her covered by a wide margin.

Saliba: {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{6-Spades}
DeWitt: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

DeWitt had the preflop advantage, but the board ran out {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs} and Saliba took the pot with a flopped flush to double up.

Tulek Doubles Through Clements

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante

Scott Clements raised to 100,000 and John Monnette called on the button. Murat Tulek three-bet the pot to 415,000 with 15,000 behind from the small blind and Clements reraised to force out Monnette.

"Do you have aces?" Tulek immediately asked and Clements shook his head before tabling his cards.

Tulek: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Clements: {A-Clubs}{K-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{5-Hearts}

The flop of {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Spades} gave Clements two pairs and he even improved to a full house thanks to the {7-Diamonds} on the turn. Tulek had exactly one out left and, sure enough, the {K-Diamonds} on the river gave him the better full house. Tulek jumped out of his seat to quickly tell his rail what happened before coming back and stacking the chips.

Level 23 : 15,000/30,000, 0 ante
Ben Lamb
Ben Lamb

Scott Clements raised to 100,000 on the button and Ben Lamb called in the big blind. On a flop of {K-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}, Lamb bet the pot for 215,000 with very few chips behind and called the shove of Clements.

Lamb: {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}
Clements: {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}

After the {J-Hearts} turn and {7-Hearts} river, Lamb was eliminated and left the table with a "good luck, guys." He takes home $31,337 for his efforts and Clements cemented his status as current chipleader.

Oliver Weis Eliminated in 16th Place ($31,337)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante
Oliver Weis
Oliver Weis

In the last hand of the level, a big pot emerged between Oliver Weis and Hani Mio. The former bet the pot for 364,000 on the {Q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{3-Spades} flop and had some 150,000 behind. Mio checked that carefully and announced all in. Weis called it off.

Weis: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Mio: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}

The {A-Clubs} turn gave Weis the lead with a pair of aces, but the {2-Spades} river returned the lead to Mio with a flush. Weis was eliminated in 16th place for $31,337 while Mio joined the chipleaders on the last two tables.

John Racener Eliminated in 17th Place ($26,167)

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante
John Racener
John Racener

Eoghan O'Dea started the action with a raise to 55,000, John Racener three-bet from late position, and he and O'Dea got the rest of the chips in the middle in a hurry with Racener at risk.

Racener: {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
O'Dea: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Hearts}

Racener had the preflop advantage with his kings, but O'Dea caught a set on the {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} flop to take the lead. The {7-Clubs} turn and {2-Clubs} river were no help to Racener and his run in this event has come to an end.

Nguyen: {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
DeWitt: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{7-Spades}

DeWitt had the preflop advantage with his aces and Nguyen needed help from the deck in order to double up. The board ran out {9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{3-Spades} and DeWitt took the pot to send Nguyen to the cage.

Johnny Lodden
Johnny Lodden

Johnny Lodden raised from the button and Eoghan O'Dea called from the big blind. The duo checked the flop of {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and the {A-Clubs} fell on the turn. O'Dea checked, Lodden bet, and then called all in for 265,000 when facing the check-raise of O'Dea.

Lodden was at risk with {A-}{A-}{6-}{2-} and O'Dea showed {6-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds} for a flopped straight. The {Q-Diamonds} river failed to improve Lodden and he was eliminated in 19th place for $26,167.

Lee Takes From Le

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Chris Lee raised to 55,000 and Vivian Saliba called from one seat over, as did Tommy Le in the small blind and Michail Karapanos in the big blind.

On the {A-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop, the action checked to Lee and he bet 105,000, which only Le called. The {5-Hearts} turn was checked and Le bet the {9-Clubs} river for 125,000. Lee called and Le flashed {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{J-Spades}{9-Spades}. Lee had that beat with {A-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades} for a set of fives and claimed the pot.
