Ruling in Favour of Cantu

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Jack Effel came back and said that the footage showed that Roger Hairabedian did in fact check and subtly verbalized so.

Hairabedian had to take his bet back and the hand played on.

The atmosphere is very tense in the room right now.

Break Time

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Slow Play

Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

The first 15 minutes of this level has been very slow with no really significant pots. At least there's no arguments and controversy!

Big Pot Goes Cantu's Way

Brandon Cantu had the button. He popped it up to 32,000 and Roger Hairabedian flung out calling chips.

The dealer tapped the table and produced a flop of {7-Hearts}{K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}. Hairabedian checked and Cantu continued for 38,000. Hairabedian called.

The {3-Diamonds} rolled off on fourth and Hairabedian rapped the table once again. Cantu moved 105,000 into the middle of the table and Hairabedian called without hesitation.

The {K-Hearts} struck the river. Hairabedian checked for a third time, prompting Cantu to bet 150,000. Hairabedian went into the tank for well over a minute before finally letting go of his hand.
