Elbert Petersen was sporting a bigger stack than about an hour ago and was moved to a new table. He was kind enough to relate what had happened:
"In the first hand, the player in mid-position shoved for his last 3,000. Rene Crha three-bet to 12,000 from the button. I had ![{k-Diamonds}](/img/cards/kd.gif?1)
in the big blind and shoved. Crha called with ![{5-}](/img/cards/5x.gif?1)
and doubled me up as I hit runner-runner flush. Then Crha shoved for his last 48,000 from the cutoff and I called with ![{k-Diamonds}](/img/cards/kd.gif?1)
again. He had ![{q-}](/img/cards/qx.gif?1)
and the king came on the flop."
