Mateos Pulls in a Pot

Level 5 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Andreas Eiler raised to 15,000 from the button and Pavel Binar called from the small blind along with Adrian Mateos in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of {4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Binar checked. Mateos bet 16,000 and Eiler called but Binar folded. The turn came the {k-Clubs} and Mateos continued with a bet of 53,000 that Eiler called once more. The {k-Spades} filled up the board and Mateos went deep into the tank and used one of his time bank cards before checking. Eiler checked back and Mateos revealed {5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} to take down the pot with kings and fives.
