The atmosphere during the repeated double-ups was more reminiscent of a crazy craps game than a WSOP final table. Have to say, though we're still here, it was pretty awesome.

i'd celebrate anyway guys making a lot of money whether he wins or not.

This is starting to echo the 2006 H.O.R.S.E. final between Chip and Andy Bloch. But with the blinds at 60/120...It HAS to end soon.

its not really something to be embarassed about, i mean schwartz ran hot. when you got a guy short stacked and you see an ace in the hole you're going to push him if he gets lucky 4 times in a row its not something to feel embarassed over.

I've never seen anything like it. Mike had more invested in the big blind than he did in the felt in front of him.

Exactly, and for the most part, we're only interested in the chip counts of the notables anyway. I don't much care what Joe blow from Ohio's chips stack is, give me Farha and Gus Hansen! lol. Oh snoopy....Oh dana...I'm so sorry. This thing HAS to end soon. It HAS too.

they are only human. you can't expect them to be superman and get everything right i try helping out pointing out little mistakes here and there but for stuff like chip counts you can't really run around and ask every other player every 5 minutes how many chips they have. they would be pissed.

LOL. I believe it. Yeah, Change1oo was getting heckled for a misspelled hand i the ladies event. Instead of getting heckled for the one hand she typoed, she should be thanked for the 150 hands she didn't. I fear if the complaints keep up, we'll lose the coverage next year, which I don't want.

Thank you for the comments, sir. Including breaks, this two day tournament has last well over thirty hours, and I'm starting to believe it's double flop hold'em. Gulp.

You're not doing any better. Not only is the coverage ten times superior to the Cardplayer.com coverage, is the closest thing we'll get short of being at the rail. I'm tired of seeing people complain when one or two hands aren't covered, etc. Thanks for your hard work, snoop/.dana

chief, try and remember that while they are offering "Exclusive" coverage of the WSOP, they're also doing this out of the goodness of their hearts. Some of the reporters are covering tourneys until 5 am and coming back 5 hours later. It may not be hand for hand, but unless you're at the rail...

The coverage has been hit-and-miss since the start, regardless of the event, the TV or lack thereof, or the reporters. Some staff have blamed spotty Internet access the past two days. I didn't think the coverage was better or worse. Having other media outlets on the floor would improve the coverage.

I'll explain why I'm frustrated about the coverage. The homepage brags that "PokerNews.com is proud to once again be the provider of exclusive World Series of Poker live updates - direct from the tournament floor." We have no other viable options. Maybe direct competition would improve the product.

JustThe: We appreciate your constructive criticism, but please no insults. We can assure you that we are working as hard as humanly possible. Also, please remember that this is the outer table, where there is no tv screen and no hands being announced.

terribly sorry about lack of accurate chip counts, there are only two of us reporting and writing, players are keeping dirty stacks, for some reason they upped the total chips from 3 mill to 10 mill, and of the past 32 hours, we've spent 28 of them working

Apologies for any delays of reporting. The Internet keeps disconnecting for various periods of time and is out of our (the updater's) hands.
