Strong omaha hands have four cards that work together - KQJT etc... danglers are the odd card out KQJ3.

2009-01-25
also kind of lame that its basically turned into a standard 100k min buyin 300/600 100 ante game like high stakes poker. hopefully fox sports tries to put some plo hands on tv
grgcholla
2009-01-25
and the other 40 minutes will be phil laak doing jumping jacks and folding every hand until he picks up aces

2009-01-25
ok saw what you were talking about in one of the pictures. sounds like everything that has happened heads up will be compressed into like 5 minutes on tv because they have played no big nl holdem hands

He only bought in for 1 million and left the other million on a table nearby. After those last pots he probably has around 650k IMO

2009-01-25
i was just assuming they were accidentally leaving off the 1 in front of durr's chips because he showed up with 2 million and he obviously has a lot more than 500k in that picture at the bottom

A boost my self-esteem through the interwebs.

Durrrr has around 500k so neither can take a million dollar hit, DUCY?

2009-01-25
Durrr made his bankroll the hard way grinding out from the smallest limits.....started at paradise when i played him he played 0.5-1$...
grgcholla
2009-01-25
they should play with like a 500K cap. they are playing careful because nobody wants to take a 1 million+ hit on one hand. this is going to look stupid on tv with all the folding on turn/river
lobaklaw
2009-01-25
game looks dead in the water "no runners"
Juddy
2009-01-25
. ok fair enough. lol he still makes alot of cash everyday on fulltilt. there still is good money to be made at sit n gos tho at small stakes like 33 and 55 and shit, but yeh not as easy anymore

But wait, then Guy Laliberte decide to play poker and dropped over 30 million in a 3 year span and people like Durrrrr made millions. People literally jizz their pants when they saw Guy Lalibert sitting at a poker table.
