Some Grins from the Grinder

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

A player under the gun raised to 900 and it folded around to Michael Mizrachi in the small blind. The Grinder grabbed a handful of chips off his stack and tossed them forward, a reraise to 4,200. The player in the big blind then checked his cards, waited a beat, and announced he was all in, setting the 25,000 or so he had before him. The original raiser folded and Mizrachi quickly called.

Mizrachi showed {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and his opponent {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}. The board ran out {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}, and soon the dealer began the business of dividing the chips in half. As he did, Mizrachi reached over and with a wry smile slid his king over to his opponent, then slid his opponent's ace over to match his, pushing the hands forward as if to fool the dealer. While neither player picked up much in the way of chips that hand, all at the table gained a few laughs.

Mizrachi is sitting with about 60,000 at the moment.
