World Series of Poker

Although Moorman's first WSOP cash came in 2008, it wasn't until 2011 that he became a notable on the live tournament circuit. Moorman finished third in the $2,500 No-Limit Hold'em / Six Handed event for more than $270,000 and then bested his record by reaching the runner-up position in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em / Six Handed Championship collecting more than $700,000.

Just after the World Series in Vegas, Moorman traveled to Cannes, France for the WSOP Europe. Moorman scored his second runner-up finish in the Main Event taking home €800,000. A year later, in 2012 Moorman came back to Vegas for three more cashes including the 358th place finish in the Main Event for more than $30,000.
