Antonio Esfandiari Eliminated in 6th Place (£5,100)

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

The Magician has disappeared from the final table of the £2,000 High Roller here in Aspers Casino Stratford after Tom Middleton dominated a hand from start to finish against the former One Drop winner.

Yorkshire-born Middleton raised pre-flop, and only Esfandiari called. The pair saw a flop of {5-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{5-Clubs} and Middleton made it 20,000 to see a turn, but Esfandiari raised to 52,000. A quick call from Middleton.

The turn of {K-Spades} saw Middleton make it 65,000 and Esfandiari called. However, on the river of {3-Diamonds} , Middleton moved all-in!

It would cost all of Esfandiari's chips to see Middleton's cards, and after being in deep thought for a good three or four minutes, The Magician made the call.

Middleton: {K-Hearts}{5-Clubs}
Esfandiari: {A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

Middleton's turned full house was way ahead and he knocks out one of the most dangerous players in the field, having a massive chip lead with it.

Matas Cimbolas Eliminated in 7th Place by Tom Middleton

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Lithuanian pro Matas Cimbolas has bubbled the High Roller after being eliminated by Tom Middleton in a first hour of play that has been akin to riding on a runaway rollercoaster.

Cimbolas got his last 158,000 into the middle with pocket sixes and was called by Tom Middleton's {K-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} who held with ease to eliminate the last player to finish outside the money.

Jason Ross Eliminated in 8th Place be Eric Le Goff

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Jason Ross got his final chips into the middle for just under 200,000 and was called by Eric Le Goff.

Ross: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Le Goff: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The cruel board flopped three spades, before a brick on the turn preceded a final death knell of a spade on the river for Ross, who leaves in 8th place.

We are on the money bubble. The next player out will receive nothing. 6th place will win £5,100.

Jamie Roberts Eliminated in 9th Place by Chris Moorman

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Matas Cimbolas made it 13,000 and after Chris Moorman called, Jamie Roberts shipped his 91,000 stack into the middle and only Moorman made the call.

Roberts held {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} and would need to hold against the Team 888Poker Pro's {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}. The flop of {7-Clubs}{A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} sent Roberts home without cashing and just like that, we're down to eight. Two more will leave before the money.

Delay to Kick-Off

Level 12 : 3,000/6,000, 500 ante

Players were in their seats a little later than expected, so there has been a slight delay to proceedings. This means the live stream will be up and running in around 10 minutes time.

Stay tuned, because with the stack-sizes dictating some lively play and no-one cashing until sixth place, there are going to be fireworks.
