After slipping in a few hands, Monica Eastick is back up to 200,000 in chips, after winning a hand. Graeme Putt started it off by betting out 4,200 from under-the-gun. Two players called, including Eastick in the small blind. When the flop came out , Eastick instantly threw out a bet of 11,000, forcing folds from Putt and their opponent.
“Yay, that was a bluff,” cheered Eastick, bringing in the pot.
We arrived at the table to see Stephen McKay move all in with and get called by Yu Xiang, who tabled . The board ran out to see McKay hit the rail, as Xiang moves to 105,000 in chips.
Coming back from the break, another table was broken, resulting in the three remaining female players in the field, to be sat together. Angie Fitzgerald, Monica Eastick and Malvina McKenzie have a combined total of around 450,000 in chips, and will be looking to take out as many players as possible.
The table folded around to Richard Lancaster in middle position, who went all in for his last 13,800 in chips. When the decision arrived at Jie Gao, he threw in 3,500, not noticing the action that had already occurred.

The hand started with Slav Sheynin opening to 2,800 and finding one caller. The flop came , and Sheynin threw out a bet of 2,400, all whilst having a friendly chat with fellow table-mate, Michael Guzzardi. He didn’t notice that his opponent then raised to 7,600. He called to see the fall on the turn. Both players checked, and then checked again when the river came the .
Sheynin tabled which was good, as his opponent mucked his cards. He scooped up the pot, and returned to his conversation. After a great start early, he now sits on 185,000 in chips.
