There is bound to be some exciting action today, with some interesting tables pooping up around the Summit Room at Sky City Casino.

Over on Table 1 we have 2010 APPT Sydney Main Event Champion Jonathan Karamalikis and two seats to his left is 2011 ANZPT Perth Main Event winner Grant Levy. Yet to be sighted, but set to settle in a seat just a few places to Levy's left is Jesse McKenzie, who currently sits second on the ANZ Player of the Year leader board.

Last year's APPT Auckland runner-up finisher, Tom Griig is over on Table 2 and he is sitting opposite WSOP bracelet winner and New Zealand's own Simon Watt.

Young Aussie players Ryan McKay and Daniel Neilson are seated at Table 5, along with the likes of 2010 APPT Sydney runner-up Ben McLean and local regular Martin Cardno.

Table 3 may be the most 'stacked' table, with Hugh Cohen, Andrew Hinrichsen, Daniel Laidlaw and Danny Chevalier already taking their seats and with Michael Pedley set to also be featured on that table.

Keep it right here folks, today is set to be an action packed day!
