David "Chino" Rheem has been on a roller-coaster ride to finally end with an exit.
After starting the second match with Eddy Sabat and building a 3-to-1 lead, he slowly got chipped away before check-shoving on a board. He followed that with moving all in with to build back to 3,000.
Rheem then found a double with against Sabat's , with the board running out to take over the slight chip lead. "The golden rule in poker baby is don't ever give up!" Rheem said to his girlfriend who was sweating the action.
However Sabat regained the lead when his held against Rheem's . Rheem flopped a gutshot straight draw but never improved. Down to his last few thousand, Rheem's all-in dark couldn't outdraw Sabat's with the board running out .
Rheem exited to the rail as Sabat advanced to Round Three to play David Gent.
Catching the action on a flop of Jason Gray checked the action to Martin Klaser who led out for 300. Gray then followed with a check-raise to 800 and Klaser made the call.
The turn landed the and Gray made it 600 to go and was met with Klaser moving all in. Gray quickly made the call for his remaining 2,200 and tabled the nuts with . Klaser announced, "That's so sick!" and flipped over this to be drawing dead to a chop.
The river fell the and Gray took the lead leaving Klaser with only 3,600 in chips. A few hands later Gray would take care of Klaser when his flopped an ace all in preflop against Klaser's .
After four hours of near continuous play Andrew Scott has won the marathon Round One match with Dmitriy Ivanteev.
Scott is now straight into the only Round Two match remaining against John Tabatabai; who after being the first to make Round Two, is the last to start his match.
