Owie Zowie

Michael Zowie was just sent packing in 10th place after he lost an all-in confrontation to Nicholas Faure. Faure and Zowie got all the money in preflop with Faure holding {K-?}{Q-?}{5-?}{3-?}. Zowie held {A-?}{Q-?}{8-?}{4-?}.

The board ran out {J-?}{10-?}{4-?}{A-?}{7-?} and Faure made a straight to send Zowie to the rail. The remaining nine players will redraw for the final table. Remember, only five get paid.

Four players saw the flop for 1,600 apiece. Jamie Pickering (under the gun) was the player that min-raised preflop. Graeme "Kiwi G" Putt (small blind), Forian Langmann (big blind) and Tino Lechich (cutoff) all made the call.

After the {8-Clubs} on the turn, Langmann bet 14,000. This was enough to put Lechich all in, but he folded his hand and left himself with 12,000 chips to fight onward.
