Day 1 Completed

Save It Until Tomorrow Boys

The last level ended and the remaining four players opted to cease play for the night and pick things back up tomorrow at 12:00 p.m. local time. At first, the option was to come back at 4:00 p.m., but the players asked the tournament staff if they could instead return at midday.

"It's not my ideal time, but it's better than playing tonight," said Erik Seidel about the decision.

The players liked that this would give them the chance of possibly playing the $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. event or the No Limit Hold'em/Pot Limit Omaha with Rebuys event tomrorow.

Here's how the chips stack up for the final table.

Seat 2: Erik Seidel - 130,900
Seat 4: Michael Guttman - 172,100
Seat 6: Mike "SirWatts" Watson - 166,500
Seat 7: Florian Langmann - 51,200

Earlier in the Aussie Millions, Langmann and Watson made it to the final three of an event in which Watson went on to win. Will it be Langmann's turn this time or will Watson take home his second title of the series? Will the seasoned veteran Guttman take home the win or will the eight-time WSOP champion add another tournament win to his resume? Stay tuned tomorrow to see who takes the title.

We'll see you then!

Another for Watson

Action folded to the small blind and there sat Mike "SirWatts" Watson. Watson raised to 7,200 and Florian Langmann called in the big blind. The flop came down {Q-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}.

Watson was first up and he fired 8,800. Langmann folded his hand and Watson scooped the pot.

Some of the players orderer food and it arrived just as Watson was raking in this pot.

Go Home or Play?

The players have been going back and forth about wanting to play the event out tonight or come back tomorrow. Erik Seidel and Michael Guttman want to go home and pay it out tomorrow, but the other want to wait to at least the end of this level and then they will vote on it. In about a half an hour we'll see what the decision is.

Seidel Adds Some More Chips

From the button, Erik Seidel raised to 7,000 and Mike "SirWatts" Watson called from the big blind. The flop came down {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Watson check-called a bet of 8,000 from Seidel.

The turn added the {4-Diamonds} to the board and both players checked.

The river was the {8-Diamonds} and Watson checked. Seidel fired 24,000 and won the pot. He's now at 148,000 while Watson is on 135,000.
