Jensen Chipping Up

Frederik Jensen is back up over two million in chips after a recent confrontation with Sorel Mizzi.

Jensen opened the pot with a raise to 150,000 from under-the-gun and was called by Mizzi in the small blind. The flop came {3-Clubs}{9-Spades}{10-Spades} and Mizzi opened with a 175,000 bet. Jensen then tanked before firing back with a raise to 500,000. Mizzi quickly folded and Jensen took down the pot.

Giving Back

Sorel Mizzi just extracted revenge against Frederik Jensen and improved to 5.4 million in chips in the process.

Mizzi opened the pot with a raise to 140,000 and Jensen made the call in the small blind. The flop came {K-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Jensen led out with a 200,000 bet that was called by Mizzi.

The {2-Spades} then fell on the turn and Jensen check-folded to a 400,000 bet from Mizzi, leaving himself with about 1.89 million in chips.

Surprise Appearance

Jonno Pittock, Director of Poker Operations here at Crown, just introduced 2007 Aussie Millions champion Gus Hansen to the live studio audience. Gus signed a copy of his book for one lucky fan, and in true Gus Hansen fashion, he gave it to a lady.
