Another Small Pot for Shelly

Stephen Shelly is fast approaching two million in chips thanks to a string of small pots he's won over the past half hour.

In a recent hand, Sorel Mizzi opened with a raise to 55,000 from middle position and Shelly made the call behind him.

The flop came down {3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Mizzi fired a 62,000 continuation bet that was called by Shelly.

Mizzi then checked the {9-Hearts} that fell on 4th Street and Shelly took his turn firing at the pot, betting 60,000, which was enough to chase Mizzi out of the pot.

The turn card was the {K-Diamonds} and action checked to Jetten., He fired 150,000 and only Friedlander made the call.

The river completed the board with the {10-Hearts} and Friedlander moved all in. Jetten tanked for several minutes before letting his hand go.

The flop came down {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} and yet another ace had flopped. All three players checked.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and Jetten fired 125,000. Mizzi folded and Shelly called.

The river completed the board with the {8-Spades}. Jetten checked and Shelly fired 100,000. Jetten made the call and tabled {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}. Shelly held {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds} and the two players chopped up the pot, playing aces and nines with a king kicker.

Fifth Bottle

"Tom, Tom, where's the Dom?" said Jonno Pittock, informing us that Tom "durrrr" Dwan and Team Jetten crew is on their fifth bottle of Dom Pérignon. Things could get a little rowdy.
