Gillard opened with a raise to 12,000 and when the action reached O'Brien, he moved all in for 40,000. Gillard made the call, tabling . O'Brien one-upped him with a pocket pair of his own -- tens.

Topakas then checked, Friedlander bet 10,000 and Topakas moved all in for a total of 26,000. Friedlander made the call holding and Topakas managed to spike a fifth club on the turn, leaving Friedlander drawing dead, with 250,000 in chips left to his name.

Catching the action on a flop of , Trevor McCormack led out for 13,000 from the big blind and Frederik Jensen made the call on the button.
They saw the hit the turn and McCormack fired out another 19,000. Jensen again made the call and the hit the river.
