Trickett Gets Respect

Level 10 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Wang QIang was on the button, with David Benyamine and NIkolay Evdakov were both in the blinds. Sam Trickett, who has slowed down considerably the last twenty minutes, raised it up to 45,000 UTG. The table showed the chip leader respect and all folded.

Level 10 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

The action was folded around to Nikolay Evdakov who looked down at his cards, then took a moment to put on his sunglasses before tossing out a bet of 50,000. No one wanted to tangle with him and he took down the blinds and antes.

Seidel Gets A Walk

Level 10 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Sam Trickett had the button, with Phil Ivey and Erki Seidel in the blinds. Everyone folded around to Ivey in the small blind, who folded as well giving Seidel a walk.

Richard Yong then busted into some chatter about John Juanda teaching him how to play poker, and a difficult to follow conversation followed.

Nikolay Evdakov had the button, with Sam Trickett and Phil Ivey in the blinds. Wang Qiang moved all-in for 235,000 total, and action folded around to Phil Ivey, who shuffled his chips while thinking on what to do.

Yong Doubles Through Qiang

Level 10 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Andrew Feldman made it 34,000 to go. Richard Yong then moved all in and was called by Wang Qiang. It folded back around to Feldman who took his entire 30 second time bank to decide what to do. It was 185,000 more for him to make the call. He soon slid his cards to the dealer.

Yong, all in for his tournament life, showed {7-Hearts}{7-Spades} to Qiang's {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}.

The flop brought just what Yong was looking for when it fell {7-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{k-Hearts}. The turn brought the {2-Clubs} and the river the {4-Hearts} giving Yong the double up.

"Online, that turn's a ten," Benyamine said after the hand was over.
