There has been a late flurry of entries into this event and as a result, the entire field has had to be redrawn for seats.
We apologize for the delay - we should be getting underway eventually.
With all the different championship poker tournaments going on around Crown Casino the 8-Game event is currently delayed. Once the dust settles and the players make their way to the tournament it is expected that the cards will be in the air at 1 p.m AEST.
In the mean time be sure to check out the coverage of the Event #9: Aussie Millions Main Event, as the money bubble draws near!
If you thought that the Aussie Millions couldn't live up to the hype - think again. The Southern Hemisphere's biggest poker tournament series has, without a shadow of a doubt, outdone itself today.
What more could you want? We're just about to kick off Event #15 of the schedule: the $10,500 8-Game Mixed, which is sure to bring out the best all-rounders in the game. However, there's plenty to whet the appetite of even the most hardcore poker fan down here in the Crown Poker Room today.
Day 3 of the Aussie Millions Main Event is also kicking off shortly. Then, later on, the final table of the $5,300 Pot Limit Omaha will begin. We've also got Heat 2 of the $10,000 Australian Heads-Up Championship.
And of course, in case you haven't heard by now, we've got 13 players lined up for the biggest buy-in tournament the world has ever seen - the $250,000 Super High Rollers Event.
Naturally, PokerNews will be ringside for all these events, but for all your 8-Game Mixed updates, be sure to keep your browser locked right here as we bring you all the action from 12.45pm AEDT. Get amongst it - this is going to be EPIC!
