With the blinds at 1,500/3,000, Heng Zhang opened with an 8,000 pre-flop raise. Mike "Timex" McDonald then kicked it up to 25,000 and Zhang made the call.

The flop came K-3-7, all clubs, and Zhang open-shoved for a total of 17,500. McDonald made a quick call and revealed the {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}; Zhang was well behind with {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}. The turn and river came {10-Diamonds}, {9-Spades} and Timex took down the pot with a set of tens, eliminating Zhang from the tournament.

Mike McDonald called Heng Zhang's 5,000 button raise from the small blind and had first action after the flop came {3-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{K-Clubs}. McDonald led out with a 7,000 bet and Zhang just called.

The turn brought the {9-Spades} and McDonald fired again, this time making a bet of 15,000 which prompted Zhang to surrender the hand.

"Timex" Takes the Lead

Michael McDonald has recently taken over the chip lead from Greg "DuckU" Hobson, who has owned the top spot since the final table began. He's won a string of small pots courtesy of some aggressive pre-flop play and has driven his stack up past the 100k mark to 101,500.

With the board showing {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{J-Spades}, Martin Cardno led out with a 3,000 bet from the small blind. Greg "DuckU" Hobson then min-raised to 6,000, prompting Mike "Timex" McDonald, who limped in pre-flop, to get out of the way. Cardno made the call and the turn brought the {6-Hearts}.

Martin passed the first action to Hobson who opened with a 10,000 bet. Martin then shoved all in for a total of 44,000 and Hobson folded straight away.

"I had a jack," the online pro told Cardno after the hand.

McDonald Takes a Pot from Tadros

Mike "Timex" McDonald opened with 5,000 raise from under-the-gun plus one and Ramy Tadros was the lone caller.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades} and McDonald made a continuation bet of 8,000 which sent Tadros into the tank. After shifting his players card back and forth over the fold and call buttons for a few seconds, Tadros' 25-second play clock eventually ran out and McDonald was awarded the pot.
