$1,060 Heads-up Bracket Battle PA

Day 1 Completed

Congratulations to “MrSchneebly", Winner of the $1,060 Heads Up Event

The $1,060 Heads-Up Event in the BetMGM Poker Mania PA series saw 25 players come out, and in the end, “MrSchneebly" defeated "MalcolmR" heads up to win $12,500 + a $10,000 HU Added Ticket. The whole event took just over three hours to finish.

Matt Berkey was the emcee of the event, but he was one of the first players eliminated in the opening round, when he lost a big race for all his chips. The other notable in the field, Aubrey “RiverMeDaddy” Williams, made it to the Elite 8, but bowed out there, being defeated by eventual runner-up “MalcolmR.”

The semi-finals saw the aforementioned “MalcolmR” make quick work of “Do_psychdelics”, while in the other matchup,“bydad” fell to “MrSchneebly.” Both of them took home $3,150 for their efforts..

This set up the finals, where it took less than ten hands for a massive flip to determine it all. In the end, it was pocket jacks that would do the trick for "MrSchneebly" outrunning the Ace-King of his opponent.

There are two other heads-up tournaments in the states of Michigan and New Jersey, so be sure to head over there for continuing coverage of this BETMGM Poker Mania series here on PokerNews.
