Fusiarz Doubles Up

Level 16 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

After a raise from the player in the hijack, Mariusz Fusiarz had three-bet to get the all-in button in front of him in the cutoff while the button and blinds had folded. The player in the hijack called with the bigger stack.

Mariusz Fusiarz: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Hijack: {a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

The flop came {k-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for Fusiarz to hit top pair immediately but his opponent picked up the straight draw.

The turn was the {2-Spades} which didn't change things and neither did the {a-Diamonds} on the river as Fusiarz improved to two pair to double up with.
