Yesterday was the biggest day of the festival thus far tying a record with both 28 tables running simultaneously along with the highest stakes running with action at £25/£50 no-limit hold'em.
Today is set to be even bigger. In fact there are already eight tables running many of which are running from the night before. A £2/£2 Sviten Special table with a mandatory £5 straddle just turned into a dealer's choice game and is the biggest action game running this far with huge pots going back and forth.
The early televised feature table will be kicking off at 5:30 p.m. (GMT) on a 20 minute delay with stakes at £1/£2 no-limit hold'em. The later televised table will feature bigger action with at least £5/£10 no-limit hold'em. Later in the night, players will the hospitality package will be heading to a VIP party at 10 p.m. (BST) at The Bat and Ball. Previous activities included beer tasting at at Tap City and a special dinner at Busaba Eathai yesterday, a darts competition the day before at at Flight Club, and welcome drinks at the casino to kick things off on the first day.
