It was another huge day at the Cash Game Festival Bratislava at Banco Casino Bratislava with tons of action and fun both on and away from the felt.

The action has been full all day long with nine tables running as of midnight and more expected to open with many players now attending the VIP party at Club Bratislava.

During prior Cash Game Festivals, many of the players came back renewed with energy from the party and ready to play until the morning if not longer.

Cash Game Festival co-commentators Henry Kilbane and George Sandford were at it once again hosted two streams live on the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and embedded in our coverage at PokerNews. After the streams were over, George Sandford took almost 15 minutes out of his day to appear live on Facebook to learn more about his experiences.

The first feature table was a fun €1/€2 no-limit hold'em affair with three players from Cash Game Festival partner 32Red Poker at the table.

As fate would have it, 32Red Poker qualifier Edgars Armans was the biggest winner at the table after booking a profit of €224 or 112 big blinds.

Armans' big day was overshadowed by the night by Karol Masarovic, who won €4,557 or 455.7 big blinds playing at the late €5/€10 no-limit hold'em. Masarovic won a massive pot for €4,600 when his ace-queen suited got there for a flush against ace-king and four-three after the trio of players were all-in preflop.

Until Masarovic's big win, 2017 Cash Game Festival London trophy winner and the player with the most Cash Game Festival lifetime feature table wins Jon Kyte had the lead after winning €3,736 or 373.6 big blinds at the huge €10/€10 pot-limit Omaha late feature table on Day 2.

Karol Masarovic "Wins Absolute Chunks"

Karol Masarovic

A huge hand just took place on the €5/€10 no-limit hold'em televised feature table with Cash Game Festival commentator George Sandford correctly saying that Karol Masarovic "wins absolute chunks."

The hand began with Rolf limping from under the gun with {10-Spades}{9-Hearts}. Russia's Vladimir Demidov jacked it up to €100 from one seat over with {4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} and Masarovic called with {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} from the hijack. Ben Bashforth three-bet to €450 with {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}.

Rolf folded and Demidov called before Masarovic four-bet all-in for around €1,500 total. Bashforth then over-jammed a bigger stack before Demidov called off a smaller stack of around $1,100 more.

The {4-Clubs}{6-Spades}{k-Clubs} flop hit a piece of all three players with Masarovic with a nut-flush draw, Bashforth with top pair, and Demidov holding bottom pair,

The {10-Hearts} kept Bashforth in the lead, but his dreams of winning a huge pot worth €4,600 were shattered when the {5-Clubs} spiked the board on the river to give Masarovic the flush and the biggest feature table pot of the day.

Mario Langer
Mario Langer

Earlier in the festival, we interviewed Austria's Mario Langer who always has a smile on his face about his experiences on three feature tables during the Cash Game Festival Bratislava.

The young gun is back again in Seat 1 hoping for the first time at the festival to be the biggest winner at the table.

The rest of the lineup is equally exciting including London's Ben Bashforth in Seat 2. He joked that his biggest poker achievement was simply making it to Bratislava to play at the Cash Game Festival. His favorite hand is {8-Clubs}{3-Clubs} sharing that it is his best friend's birthday number.

Norway's Rolf, in Seat 3. also has a favorite hand related to a birthday, his own. He wasn't specific on suits and shared he loves any suited six-nine.

Austria's Alex Eder, in Seat 4, appeared earlier in the festival with his countrymate Langer. He will battle it out once again in Seat 4.

Russia's Vladimir Demidov, in Seat 5, didn't have to travel far since he lives in Slovakia. He has won big in cash games before once winning €28,000 in a single session.

Slovakia's Karol Masarovic, in Seat 6, began playing poker in 2013. His favorite hand isn't one many would find good in five-two suited.

Fellow Slovakians Boris and Martin Ilavsky round off the table in Seats 7 and 8. Ilavsky has had a good run lately sharing he has won €50,000 in tournaments last week.

You can check out the action on a 20-minute delay on the Live Stream tab in our coverage or by heading to the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel.

The first feature table is now in the books and 32Red Poker qualifier Edgars Armans shipped the most money after booking a profit of €224 or 112 big blinds.

The first feature table has just kicked off with stakes at €1/€2 no-limit hold'em. Two of the players qualified to the Cash Game Festival Bratislava with a package valued at €1,500 via promotions at 32Red Poker and another is an ambassador for the online poker room.

You can check out the action on a 20-minute delay on the Live Stream tab in our coverage or by heading to the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel.

Here is a look at the lineup:

Louisa, in Seat 1, is in Bratislava thanks to winning a high hand jackpot promotion when the Cash Game Festival was last in London in January. This is her first feature table and appeared excited about appearing under the lights and cameras. Snowmen or pocket eights is her favorite hand.

Russia's Dmitri Kolmagorov, in Seat 2, has been playing poker for almost a decade. His biggest achievement was a final table appearance in the Sunday Million. Like, Louisa, this is Kolmagorov's first feature table appearance. He was undecided as to what his favorite hand is and said either pocket aces or jack-ten suited are his favorites.

France's Jerome, in Seat 3, is attending his first Cash Game Festival. He learned about the event through social media and shared he is immensely enjoying his first experience. His favorite hold'em hand is queen-nine suited since he won a big pot with this hand when he first started playing poker seven years ago. He also shared he likes this hand since it sometimes presents sneaky straight and flush draw combinations.

United Kingdom's Eddie Anderson, in Seat 4, is 28 years of age and has been playing poker for a decade. He came to Bratislava with the British commentating Henry Kilbane and George Sandford.

Latvia's Edgars Armans, in Seat 5, is attending his second consecutive Cash Game Festival. He is a hardcore grinder at 32Red Poker and won a package to back to back events. Armans is always smiling and has proven in the past to be a fierce competitor at the table.

England's Teresa Clark, in Seat 6, is another player here for 32Red Poker, but as an ambassador. She has been playing poker for a decade and shared her favorite hand is pocket sixes for a good reason.

"Sixes represent my daughter's birthday," said Teresa. "She is watching me tonight and I am playing for her."

Russia's Maksim Mellnik, in seat 7, has also been playing poker for a decade. Mellnik shared that five-two offsuit is his favorite hand because he loves to gamble.

Amsterdam's Martin Van Den Brom, in Seat 8, also qualified via 32Red Poker. He has been playing poker for six years and shared his favorite hand is queen-ten since it is "always alive."

Records Already Broken at the Cash Game Festival Bratislava with More to Come

Jon Kyte
Jon Kyte

Welcome to Day 3 of the Cash Game Festival Bratislava at Banco Casino Bratislava.

Yesterday was a huge day with multiple records broken for both the casino and the Cash Game Festival. A casino record was broken once there were nine cash game tables running at the same time with the previous recording being eight. The record was smashed again when the action peaked at ten tables.

Additionally, the casino held the most higher stakes games in its history with €10/€10 Omaha, €5/€5 Omaha, €2/€5 no-limit hold'em, and €1/€2 Sviten Special (also known as drawmaha) tables full of players.

The Sviten Special game might sound like a low stakes game, but do to the nature of it being half five-card draw and half Omaha, there are always huge pots in play.

There is little doubt among anyone that we will see this record broken multiple times more throughout the remainder of the festival including today on Day 3.

The other record was broken when Norway's Jon Kyte won €3,736 or 373.6 at the action-packed late €10/€10 pot-limit Omaha televised feature table. This marks the sixth time Kyte has been the biggest winner at a feature table breaking his own record of five-times.

As will be the case throughout the festival, the dynamic British duo of Henry Kilbane and George Sandford will once again host the two televised feature tables at 6 p.m. CEST and 9 p.m CEST broadcasted on a 20-minute delay at the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel. You can alternatively follow the action by clicking on the Live Stream tab that will be in our PokerNews coverage once the action is live.

The early table will feature a fun-filled €1/€2 game with three qualifiers from 32Red Poker, one of the partners of the Cash Game Festival Bratislava along with Betsson, NordicBet, and Unibet.

The action under the lights and camera were only one reason for the festival's early success. The casino has a relaxing lounge area where players that competed against each other have an opportunity to enjoy drinks and company.

In addition, the Cash Game Festival enhances the social atmosphere through its hospitality package. Today at 10 p.m. players with the package will enjoy a rocking VIP party.

The live reporting coverage will begin an hour before the first feature table kicks off at 5 p.m. CEST. Stayed tuned to PokerNews as we cover the festival from start to finish.
