Just before the dinner break, great Polish hope Marcin Horecki busted out. Three players made it to the flop, and it looked as though Sebastian Ruthenberg in early position and Horecki to his immediate left had both checked, while the player on the cutoff had bet 500. Ruthenberg raised to 1,500, Horecki reraised all in for around 7,000, the cutoff passed and Ruthenberg, with a sigh, called.
"I'm drawing," said Horecki.
"I know," said Ruthenberg.

In a pot that was raised by the UTG player and reraised by Katja Thater, the flop came down . UTG check-called Thater's 3,500 bet on the flop and both players checked the that landed on the turn. When the arrived on the river, Thater's opponent asked how much she had behind. Thater wordlessly moved away the water bottle that had been partially blocking her stack from his view, and he settled on a bet of 4,800.
Thater went into the tank, pulling the 4,800 out of her stack to determine how much she would have left if she called and lost. After a few more moments spent deep in thought, she slid those chips into the middle.
"Good call" said her opponent, showing . Thater turned up and raked in the pot, increasing her stack to 25,000.
Mark Teltscher has doubled up to around 20,000 with the American Airlines against an opponent holding , the chips presumably going in the flop of a board. "I had a big hand," explains Teltscher, entirely superfluously.
Nabil Bennour has doubled through German native and luminous pink and green hoodie enthusiast Helge Warkow. Bennour pushed on the turn, Warkow called and they were on their backs.

River: a boat-tastic which changes nothing but is very pretty if you are Mr Bennour.
Roland De Wolfe has knocked out an opponent who pushed from the big blind. De Wolfe, who'd either limped or raised small in early position, called the 3,500 push, and the coinflip situation turned into a pleasing win for De Wolfe as blank after blank on the board sent the hapless pusher to the rail.

The Wall Of Media materialized almost instantly and formed a solid barrier around Table Minieri/Jelassi as the table's namesakes clashed, Dario Minieri all in for his tournament life with his dominating Ramzi Jelassi's . A hairy flop and turn for Minieri:
Flop:
Minieri: "Wow."
Jelassi: "Sorry, Dario."
Turn:
Whistling noises from the Wall Of Media.
River: an absolute blank in the shape of the .
Minieri doubled up to around 7,500; Jelassi meanwhile was down to a similarly sized 7,000 stack. Indeed Jelassi couldn't make a comeback and got his chips in with against an opponent's on a jack-high board a few hands later. Out he goes.
