End of Day 4

Kyle Bowker
Kyle Bowker

After five arduous days of non-stop pokering our final table has been set!

Chance Kornuth's chip lead imploded early on after he lost a huge pot with {A-} {10-} to Kyle Bowker's {A-} {K-} before giving Bowker the rest of the chips with a measly {J-} {9-} to Bowker's {K-} {K-}.

Former World Champion Joe Hachem was unable to get anything going and eventually was eliminated by the growing stack of John Juanda. Juanda then busted WPT Cyprus champion Thomas Bichon as well, all the money going in on a Queen-high board on the turn, the Frenchman's {Q-} {J-} no good against Juanda's {A-} {Q-}.

Local hopes Matt Perrins and Rumit Somaiya busted soon after and with Steven Levy's {A-} {K-} falling to David Vamplew's {Q-} {Q-} we were soon reduced to one table.

It was a while until we managed to lose one more however, as Per Ummer managed to double with {Q-} {J-} against John Hall's {5-} {5-}. Eventually though, John Hall busted out when his ace-jack ran into Artur Wasek's aces at the end of the day.

The final table is now set and once again we will beginning at 12pm local time.

See you then!
