We've dropped another 50 players during the second level of this Day 2, and the ~270 who are left are back in their seats for another 75 minutes.
We've just heard word that we'll be playing a total of six levels today, so we should finish up just before 9:00 PM. That's friendly, but it does prompt some worry about the rest of the week's schedule. The chip math says we should have around 150 players left at the end of the day.
We wish we'd seen the flop action for this one. But we didn't. In any event, we did pick it up live as the board showed with about 5,000 in the pot. Andy Frankenberger was leading the betting, and he put out 3,100. Ugur Acikcesme made the call next door, and the landed on the river. Always deliberate, Frankenberger considered for a good while before settling on a final bet of 6,000. That left him with just 15,300 chips behind, and that became a problem when Acikcesme raised to 12,000. Frankenberger didn't have much choice, and he eventually reraised all in to put himself at risk. He tabled for the set. It was no good.
Acikcesme's had turned the wheel, and Frankenberger has been eliminated.

In middle position, Calvin Anderson opened to 2,500, and Luca Pagano three-bet to 5,700 a couple seats over. Anderson flatted, and off they went heads-up.
The flop drew a leading bet from Anderson as he slid out 11,400. Pagano called, and they checked through the turn. On the river, the sprang Anderson back into action, and he fired out with another 26,900. The call represented more than half of Pagano's remaining stack, but he eventually made it with some reluctance.
Anderson turned over , and we never got to see Pagano's cards. They hit the muck, and the Italian has fallen back under starting stack.

Team PokerStars Pro Jonathan Duhamel raised from middle position to 2,200. Minna Ritakorpi called on the button and then Stefano Demontis called from the big blind.
The flop came down and Demontis checked. Duhamel bet 2,800 and Ritakorpi raised all in for around 14,000. After Demontis folded, Duhamel quickly called.

Daniel Cates has just been eliminated in unkind fashion, and he nearly left a vapor trail with how quickly he left.
We only caught up on the turn as the board showed and Cates was already all in. He had the nuts, though, the , and he was looking to double through Petru Moraru's . The set turned into a full house on the river, though, and the ushered Cates to the exit steamily.

Team PokerStars Pro Jude Ainsworth and Chris Moorman got into a big raising battle preflop that saw all on Moorman's money go into the middle. Although we missed most of the action, we gathered that Ainsworth opened from middle position, Moorman three-bet from the big blind, Ainsworth four-bet, Moorman five-bet and then Ainsworth shipped. Moorman snap-called with the and was dominating the for Ainsworth.
The flop, turn and river ran out and Moorman doubled up. He was all in for 104,400 and is now over 200,000.
