Cedolia v. Kerignard

Under the gun, Gianluca Cedolia opened to 65,000, and Yorane Kerignard three-bet to 165,000 in the big blind. Cedolia made the call, and the two men took the {Q-Spades} {10-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} flop alone. Kerignard fired out with 175,000 there, and one bullet was enough to win the pot.

On the next hand, the table folded around to the two gentlemen in the blinds, and Kerignard raised to 70,000. Cedolia defended again, but just like the last hand, he folded to a bet on the {J-Spades} {3-Hearts} {4-Hearts} flop.

Gastaldi Binks the Double

Dimitar Danchev raised to 60,000 to open the pot, and Patrick Gastaldi reraised all in for 234,000 total. Danchev asked for the count, decided he was getting the right price, and made the quick call to put Gastaldi at risk.

Showdown
Danchev: {A-Hearts} {8-Diamonds}
Gastaldi: {10-Diamonds} {10-Clubs}

The board ran out {J-Clubs} {10-Hearts} {4-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {J-Spades}, and Gastaldi has doubled himself back into contention. He's still only got about a third of the average chips, but he's got a few orbits to fold comfortably now if he so chooses.

Daniele Vesco Eliminated in 17th Place (€19,000)

Gianluca Cedolia raised from under the gun plus one to 52,000 and action folded to Daniele Vesco in the small blind. He called all in for less at 45,000 and Team PokerStars Pro Johnny Lodden called from the big blind.

Lodden and Cedolia both checked the {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop to see the {10-Hearts} land on the turn. Cedolia fired a bet after Lodden checked. Lodden folded. Cedolia showed the {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and had Vesco drawing dead with the {K-Spades}{6-Hearts}.

The river completed the board with the {J-Hearts} and Vesco hit the rail.

Boatman v. Kerignard Again

Yorane Kerignard raised to 48,000 to open the pot, and Barny Boatman defended his big blind.

Boatman check-called 51,000 on the {K-Diamonds} {A-Hearts} {3-Clubs} flop, and the {A-Diamonds} turn went check-check. On the river {6-Hearts}, Boatman took his cue to bet 100,000 at the pot, but Kerignard wanted to play for more. He stacked together a reraise to 291,000 total, and Boatman instantly mucked.

Lodden Pips Ahead of MacPhee

Kevin MacPhee raised to 52,000 under the gun, and he found action from both Johnny Lodden (button) and Gianluca Cedolia (big blind) to get a peek at a three-way flop.

It came {9-Hearts} {A-Clubs} {A-Diamonds}, and MacPhee continued out with another 82,000. Only Lodden called this time, and the two men checked through the {5-Spades} turn. On the river, the {6-Clubs} drew another check from MacPhee, and he'd quickly fold to a bet of 135,000.
