Just six players remain as they compete for the most prestigious trophy on the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) Barcelona schedule in the €100,000 EPT Super High Roller.

Leading the way is Kayhan Mokri, with an impressive stack of 1,715,000. Mokri has a total of $2,402,753 in live tournament earnings and is looking to capture his first live tournament win as he has had multiple close calls, finishing in second place.

Second in chips with 765,000 is PokerStars Ambassador Alejandro Lococo, whose career live tournament earnings are $2,539,575.

There were a total of 14 entries on Day 1, generating a prize pool of €1,358,280, and with registration remaining open until the start of the day, which begins at 2 p.m. local time, this number is expected to be even larger.

The total prize pool will be announced shortly into Day 2 after registration closes. Play will pick up on Level 9, with blinds at 3,000-6,000 and a 6,000 big blind ante. There will be a 20-minute break every two levels.
