Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Markku Koplimaa
Markku Koplimaa

Renato Messina opened up for 20,000 from early position. Markku Koplimaa called off his stack of 19,500 in the small blind before Kristian Zitting three-bet to 70,000 from the big blind.

Messina quickly folded and players turned over their cards.

Markku Koplimaa: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}
Kristian Zitting: {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}

"Good game," Koplimaa said to the table as the {4-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{5-Spades}{10-Diamonds} ran out on the board to send him to the rail before the money.

Markuu Koplimaa
Markuu Koplimaa

Markku Koplimaa called a three-bet jam with {a-}{j-} from Masoud Mirza with {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} for about 12 big blinds.

The {q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades} board ran blanks for both players and Mirza doubled up with his stronger kicker to go along with his ace.

After the hand, Koplimaa was left to about six big blinds.

Triple Up for Karkkainen

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Touko Laakkonen open-jammed from early position for about 40,000. Antti Karkkainen called off from one seat over for his remaining stack of 32,000.

The action folded around to Andreas Hoivold who paused for 30 seconds before he made the call.

Touko Laakkonen: {k-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Antti Karkkainen: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Andreas Hoivold: {k-Spades}{q-Hearts}

"This doesn't look good for us," Laakkonen said to Hoivold as they both turned over near-identical hands.

Laakkonen's thoughts were correct as the {a-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{7-Spades}{a-Spades} ran out on the board to give Karkkainen a triple up.

"At least I still have some chips left," Laakkonen said as he looked down at his stack of around three big blinds.

Zitting Eliminates Two

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Marius Popescu jammed for about 10 big blinds from middle position before Milo Zandi jammed for a little bit more from one seat over. Kristian Zitting called them both and players turned over their cards.

Marius Popescu: {q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}
Milo Zandi: {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Kristian Zitting: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}

"You run good," someone said to Zitting at the table after the {2-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{9-Hearts} came on the flop to give him an almost unbeatable full house.

Zandi had some small hope after the {q-Diamonds} came on the turn needing another queen on the river. Instead, he hit the rail alongside Popescu after the {k-Hearts} completed the board.
