"Player out!" we heard from table three. Before we could make it over there, Mustafa Meryumoglu had already departed, and the dealer was busy dealing a new hand.
The tournament is down to 29 players now. Two to the money.
Oleksii Khoroshenin opened for 12,000 form middle position, and Sevket Yildiz on the button three bet to 26,000. All players folded, Khoronoshenin made the call.
Khoroshenin check called the 21,000 bet from Yildiz on , and the hit the turn. Both players checked this card, and Khoroshenin checked again on the -river. Yildiz bet 65,000 with a very calm demeanor.
Khoroshenin thought for about a minute before Yildiz called for the clock. Though it was a little bit fast, the floor did give Khoroshenin the one minute warning. Before time was up he made the call, but would lose to Yildiz who had .
While Yildiz raked in the chips, he talked to Kerem Kiyak for a bit. Kiyak suddenly turned to Dmitriy Grishin and asked him with an angry voice if he was "talking with his eyes" to Khoroshenin. Grishin laughed, but Kiyak wasn't joking. Kiyak looked very angryand repeated the question. Grishin rolled with his eyes and play continued.
Nam had the best hand going in with ace-seven as he was up against ace-five. The flop brought a five to the table though, and the sevens stayed in the deck.
Dmitrii Pashpekin pushed all in for 34,000, and Aleksandr Orlov made the call from the big blind. Orlov himself was short stacked as well, and would only have 50,000 left if he would lose.
Pashpekin had and was up against . The flop didn't do much, but the changed some things. The deuces would give Orlov a straight, but all clubs were good for Pashpekin.
The river was a complete blank and Pashpekin doubled up. Orlov is now the short stack.
The tournament is still on the bubble with 28 players remaining. Thomas Kremser had announced the tournament plays hand for hand now. So everything goes on a much slower pace, let's see who bubbles!
Krill Radizvanov opened for 18,000 and Ilya Zykov shoved all in for 126,000 from the hijack position. Heorhii Doroshev in the cutoff made the call, and so did Radizvanov after some thinking.
With an empty side pot, Radizvanov and Doroshev continued to check down the flop, turn, and river.
Tournament director Thomas Kremser demanded all cards face up, and so they did:
Heorhii Doroshev:
Ilya Zykov:
Krill Radizvanov:
Krill Radizvanov eliminated Ilya Zykov and grabbed the pot. The remaining 27 players are in the money.
Dmitrii Semenov shoved all in from the hijack for his remaining 131,000 chips. On the button it was Maksym Panyak who made the call, and both blinds folded.
Semenov had a decent hand with , but it was nothing compared to Panyak's .
The flop and turn made things not look good for Semenov, and by the time the hit the river it was too late. Panyak made his flush and knocked out Dmitrii Semenov as the first player in the money.
