Morgenstern Makes Tamasyan Fold

Level 1 : 300/600, 600 ante

Garik Tamasyan raised to 1,500 from under the gun and was called by Anton Morgenstern in the hijack, the player on the button and Uri Gilboa in the small blind.

The flop came {2-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}, Gilboa checked, Tamasyan continued with a bet of 3,500 that only Morgenstern called.

The turn was the {4-Hearts}, Tamasyan barreled a bet of 10,000 over the line now but Morgenstern raised to 31,000. Tamasyan checked his cards once more before opting to fold.

Moschonas Eliminates Verkhoturov

Level 2 : 400/800, 800 ante

The first "seat open" was announced by one of the dealers and Aristeidis Moschonas could be seen stacking up chips while Sergey Verkhoturov was making his way out of the tournament area.

Moschonas said he had gotten lucky, he four-bet with kings and Verkhoturov had five-bet shoved with queens. End of story.
