Time to Guo
Dong Guo did not recover from losing that race against Fuk On Wang earlier and has just wandered passed the media desk on his way to the rail, thinning the field by one.

Alvan Zheng did not get his Day 2 off to a great start and had dropped some of his chips already by the time we caught up with him, and he didn't come back with all that many to start with. Zheng has just earned a little bit of breathing room by taking down the blinds and antes.
It was Shizi Xiao who opened the action with a 5,000 raise from the hi-jack and Zheng peeked down at his cards and moved all-in for 29,100 from one seat over. Shizi looked tempted but eventually decided to wait for a better spot, or a better kicker perhaps, as he flashed Zheng the before folding.
A player who did find a customer for his shove was Chi Chung Ho, who moved all-in from under-the-gun over on table 11, and found a caller in the form of Bin Yan in the cutoff.
Chi Chung Ho:
Bin Yan:
Yan looked disappointed to be in such bad shape, though it was Ho who was the at-risk player. The case came off the top of the deck as the window card, with the rest of the board running out to give Ho a boat and a double up, and despite making two pair Yin dropped some chips.

Sparrow Cheung has just taken down a huge pot from tablemate Lang Yi.
There was 34,000 already in the middle when we arrived, and a board that read . Cheung had a bet of 24,000 in front of him, and Yi was in the tank for a while before she eventually made the call. She'd quickly muck though when Cheung flipped over for top pair that had rivered a flush.
Cheung's up to 100,000 now, while Li drops to 76,200.

Players have wasted no time jumping into the thick of the action and there have been quite a few all-ins already. The two we caught both resulted in double-ups, but no exits.
In the first, it was China's Dong Guo opening the action with a raise to 4,000 from under-the-gun. Guo's neighbor Fuk On Wang peeked down at his cards and asked Guo how much he was playing (68,600) before moving all-in for 39,200 in total. The rest of the table got out of the way and Guo made a speedy call.
Dong Guo:
Fuk On Wang:
There's nothing like a good old-fashioned race to start the day, and it was one Wang won when the board ran out to double him up to 80,400.
We caught the tail end of another all-in confrontation over on table seven immediately afterward, arriving in time to see the USA's Austin Walton earn a full double up showing down for a set of tens to win a big pot from tablemate Zi Kun Chen, who was left with a 9,500 bowl of rice after the hand, while Walton doulbed to 70,400.

An aggressive play from Chuanshu Chen just paid off big for the Chinese player.
Action folded to Sun Tan on the button and he opened to 3,500, before Chen three-bet from the small blind to what looked like 45,800. Zhengyu Song then moved all-in from the big blind for around the same amount, forcing Tan to fold.
Chen had just the and was up against Song's , but the wasn't kind and Song saw his opponent hit trips. Song will have to sing another day, while Chen now stacks up 150,000.

Coming into the day with less than ten big blinds, Dzmitry Rabotkin was always going to need to make some moves early. Fortunately for the Belarusian, he just found a perfect spot to do so.
Rabotkin open-jammed for 14,100 from the hijack, and when it folded to the big blind of Bo Peng he made the call. Rabotkin had which was dominating Peng's , and the paired Rabotkin's ace to leave Peng drawing dead on the turn.
