Earlier this week Steven Morris secured the biggest win of his career when he took down the £5,300 partypoker LIVE UK Poker Championships £5,300 Super High Roller. Five days later and Morris starts the final day in the partypoker LIVE UK Poker Championships £1,100 Main Event third in chips and is on course for another deep run.
Morris took home £70,000 for beating Nishid Hindocha heads-up after a marathon 300+ hand final table. Today he sits on a stack of 11,160,000, behind only Patrice Brandt (12,280,000) and chip leader Daniel Morgan (14,320,000).

Daniel Clark opened and Steven Morris three-bet to 950,000. Clark called and the pair both checked the flop. Clark bet 1,000,000 on the turn and Morris called.

"Did you check back with Aces?" asked Clark before calling. Morris duly showed and took down the pot, moving into the outright chip lead.

Chris Brice opened the action from the cutoff with a raise and Daniel Charlton defended his big blind.
Charlton then check-called a bet of 360,000 on the flop before leading on the turn for 725,000. Brice had been the aggressor in the hand before this and continued in the same fashion by raising to 2,500,000. Charlton didn't have a big decision to make as he immediately folded.

Daniel Morgan raised to 375,000 from under the gun and Daniel Clark called in middle position. The flop came and Clark quickly called a bet of 450,000.

It folded to Raj Dhiri on the button and he moved all in for 1,145,000. Dhiri was the short stack at the beginning of the day, and had dwindled from the 1.9m he started the day with.

James Williams raised to 350,000 from under the gun position and Daniel Jackson three-bet in the cutoff to 1,175,000. Chris Brice was in the small blind and cold four-bet to 2,900,000. Williams got out of the way and Jackson started to think. He eventually made the call and the cards were turned on their backs.
