Senti Picks Up Jacks

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

A player in middle position raised to 4,500 only to have the next player in Seat 9 reraise to 12,000. Jason Senti then moved all in from the hijack for 72,000. Action folded back to the middle position player and he moved all in over the top for around 130,000. Seat 9 got out of the way and the cards were turned up:

Senti: {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}
Middle Position: {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

It was off to the races as the board ran out {4-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. Senti's jacks held and he received a double to nearly 160,000!

Gimbel Gone

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante
Harrison Gimbel
Harrison Gimbel

As told to us by a player at Harrison Gimbel's former table, last year's PCA champ had about 25,000 remaining when he got it in with {A-}{K-} against an opponent's {7-}{7-}. Gimbel was unable to catch up, bringing his 2011 PCA Main Event to an end.

Cada Busted

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante
Joe Cada
Joe Cada

2009 World Series of Poker Main Event Champion and Team PokerStars Pro (USA) member, Joe Cada, was seated at the same table as fellow pros Bertrand "ElkY" Grospellier (France) and Jose "Nacho" Barbero (Argentina), which was certainly one of the toughest tables in the room. Unfortunately, Cada grew short stack and could not manage a comeback. He has been eliminated from the 2011 PCA.

Sabat Climbing

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Eddy Sabat is up to 109,000 in chips after winnings two nice pots on back-to-back hands. First, he busted a player with {A-}{K-} to pocket queens thanks to an ace on the river. Then, he took a sizable pot off Team PokerStars Pro Sandra Naujoks with a set of eights for another boost.
