Phillips was clearly upset with the situation and tanked a long five minute before reluctantly making the call, leaving himself only 8,200 behind. Seat 4 didn't show his cards right away, giving the impression that he was beat, so Carter flipped his 
assuming he was good. Seat 4 then revealed 
for a rivered straight. The slowroll clearly did not sit well with Carter and he was visibly upset.
