Araujo Takes Chip Lead Over

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Marcos Silva Araujo raised to 22,000 from the button and was called by Xixiang Luo in the big blind.

The flop came {a-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}, Luo check-raised Araujo's continuation-bet of 22,000 to 61,000 and Araujo called.

The turn brought them the {10-Clubs}, Luo now bet 109,000 and Araujo took a few seconds before calling but he did in the end.

The river completed the board with the {j-Clubs} and both players checked. Luo tabled {9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} for the flopped pair of deuces and the missed flush draw. But Araujo claimed the pot and chip lead with {a-Spades}{k-Spades} for the flopped top pair.

Young Gets Counterfeited

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Justin Young was all in and at risk with {A-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} against the {A-Spades}{10-Diamonds} from Lawrence Bayley and already got himself ready to leave the tournament after the {4-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{9-Clubs} flop was held. Young paired up his inferior kicker on the {3-Spades} turn and suddenly got himself in great shape to stay alive.

Both Young and Bayley were so fixated on the ten that both of them missed at first glance that the {4-Clubs} river would give Bayley the winner with aces and fours, ten kicker. Bayley The dealer pointed it out and Bayley quickly apologized. Young wasn't minding it and said his goodbyes before leaving.

Danny Tang: {10-Spades}{6-Spades}
Leandro Bustillo: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The board ran out {k-Hearts}{a-Spades}{3-Spades}{4-Spades}{7-Diamonds} for Tang to turn the flush to double up and leave Bustillo behind with just under three big blinds.

Cimbolas Wins the First Hand Against Rheem

Level 19 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

During the previous level, the always animated Matas Cimbolas moved to a new table and instantly played a hand with the equally talkative Chino Rheem. Cimbolas had raised it up with the {A-}{10-} and checked back a flop of {A-}{10-}{3-} after Rheem had defended his big blind.

On the {4-} turn, Rheem check-called 20,000 before the river came a {5-}. This time, Cimbolas bet 50,000, Rheem check-raised all in, Cimbolas didn't buy the American having a deuce and was right as Rheem came up with an airball.
