Mutiny on the Bounty

Tony G has now been moved next door to fellow bounty Erich Kollmnann, who has, naturally, been embraced with the most welcome of arms by a salivating table.

Of course, complications could ensue, so the TD was on hand to clarify matters, stating that a bounty couldn't prosper from another bounty's exit, and that if one were to eliminate the other, their bounty would increase to €500.

Vos Doubles Up

Bounty target Mark Vos open-shoved under the gun for his last 1,500 and it folded around to Stefan Podechtl on the big blind, who sighed. "You play your hands like yesterday?" he asked with a smile. Vos spent a few minutes trying to talk him into calling, and eventually, with a sigh, Podechtl did just that.

Let's Go Metz

Things have been going rather well for Kristian Svensson, and even the occasional hiccup can barely dent his stack.

Karl Heinz Metz shoved for around 1,200 and Svensson called; Johan Percivall who had limped in also called, but laid it down to a large bet from Svensson on the flop, and it was a showdown.

Haas-Ta La Vista

A heftily chipped-up Kristian Svensson raised to 900 under the gun and it folded around to Jeffrey Haas on the big blind, who moved in for perhaps double that amount in total. Svensson called and it was looking pretty good for Haas.

I joined the action on the {A-Hearts}

flop, but judging by the positions and the amount of chips in the pot, it appeared as though Richard Pols had opened from the hijack, Jorg Peisert three-bet from the big blind and Pols called.

After a momentary pause, Peisert checked, leading to Pols betting 1,600. "I'm all in," replied Peisert.

Pols looked at his chips, sighed before announcing, "I can't fold," and threw in the necessary chips with {A-Spades}

. Peisert shrugged his shoulders and sniggered while tabling a severely dominated {J-Clubs}

Gandrup the Out

Gandrup fared better in yesterday's tournament

Rasmus Gandrup found himself involved in a three-way all in holding {2-Diamonds}

, and it could have been worse for him. Luke O'Kelly was holding {8-Clubs}

, but Hahn Tran was holding {8-Hearts}

leaving Gandrup a few outs.

Tran attempted to swap his hand for O'Kelly's, but O'Kelly swapped them back, and the board was dealt.

With a total of no deuces at all on the board, Gandrup was a goner.

Kristian Svensson opened the action with a preflop raise of 400; Kim Kristiansen made it 800. Back round to Svensson, who, after a brief pause, reraised to a total of 4,200, virtually putting his opponent all in. He didn't look overjoyed, but, eventually, Kristiansen made the call.

Despite a flush on the river, a cruel ten on the turn meant Svensson took it down with a full house.
