Joining the action on chip leader's Marc Siebroth's table, the German was involved in a pot against former chip leader Roman Mikus. The players were waiting for a ruling, Mikus had about 60,000 and was all in with displayed while Siebroth's cards were face down and a 13,700 bet in front of him.
What had apparently happened was that Mikus had cold four-bet all in over the of Siebroth's three-bet, the original raiser folded and the dealer had wrongly declared that Siebroth had made the call and Mikus had tabled his hand.
The floor staff came over to declare that neither should be disadvantaged and declared that the fairest way was for both players to play a showdown for what was in the pot to the size of Siebroth's 13,700 three-bet.
Siebroth turned over and the board came giving Mikus the pot. The problem was that no matter who won in this situation, they would be unhappy they didn't receive the full amount.
David Ficker moved all in preflop for about 40,000 from middle position and Sadri Mokni called in from the button for slightly less.
