Aaron Overton Eliminated in 15th Place ($13,440)

Aaron Overton
Aaron Overton

Aaron Overton moved all in preflop for his last 265,000 and Phatseluck Yang made the call, barely covering, while the rest of the table got out of the way.

Aaron Overton: A4
Phatseluck Yang: 88

Overton was in bad shape against Yang's pair, and the runout of K27109 did him no favors and he was eliminated in 15th place.

Dann Turner Eliminated in 14th Place ($13,440)

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Daniel Turner
Daniel Turner

Dann Turner moved all in preflop and was called by both Paul Sampson and Alexander Rodriguez to put him at risk.

The flop came out Q43 and Rodriguez moved all in for around 500,000, which resulted in a fold from Sampson and the cards were tabled.

Dann Turner: AJ
Alexander Rodriguez: AQ

Turner was drawing very slim to survive this outing, and the runout of KQ did not help him and he was sent to the payout desk in 14th place.

Liu Doubles Up

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

On a heads-up turn of 8367, Shijia Liu moved all in for his last 265,000 and the action was then on Kevin O'Donnell who went into the tank.

After several moments, he decided to make the call to put Liu at risk, who then flipped over QQ for an overpair of queens.

"Agh!" O'Donnell groaned as he tabled his A7 for a pair of sevens as the river came the brick 2 to award the pot to Liu.

Yang Gets Paid

Level 22 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Kevin O'Donnell opened under-the-gun to 60,000 and received three callers to go to a flop of 346, where he continued for 150,000. Only Phatseluck Yang made the call and the two went heads-up to the turn K.

Both players then decided to check and went to the river 5, which saw another check from O'Donnell. Yang then placed out a bet of 175,000 and O'Donnell paused to think for a few seconds before he made the call.

"Straight," Yang announced as he tabled 76 for a rivered straight and O'Donnell quickly mucked his hand.
