Event #8: $300 Tag Team Championship saw 248 entries build a prize pool of $28,520 with the top 12 teams earning at least $600 (split between each player). Once the dust had settled, it was the team of Jose Parra and Luis Montano of Mexicali, MX taking home the top prize of $8,556 and a pair of MSPT trophies.

Evans Eliminates Alsup Amidst Carnage at Table 25

Rich Alsup was eliminated early in Level 13 in a preflop confrontation with Lena Evans.

Alsup opened to 7,000 and was three-bet to 28,000 by Evans. Alsup moved all in for about 120,000 and was called.
